Employer Registration - Career & Internship Fair

Fee covers registration, table/chairs for event, and refreshments for representatives. 

Thank you for registering for the 2026 Career & Internship Fair! This fair is open to all of our students - all programs, majors, and levels. Be sure to fill out your Handshake profile as much as you can so students can research your organization ahead of the event.

The fair will be held in the Wilkins Athletic & Event Center on Shenandoah's main Winchester campus from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. A campus map and temporary parking pass can be found as attachments to the fair homepage on Handshake. Check-in and setup starts at 12:15 pm. If you have any questions, reach out to career@su.edu.

The deadline for employers to register for the event is March 14, 2026. For any questions, contact career@su.edu.

Refunds: A full refund will be issued if a written request is received before 03/14/2026. A refund will be considered, but not guaranteed after 03/14/26 with a written request. No refund will be honored for an employer who fails to attend the event without prior written notice.
