A Two-Session Program

WHAT: Join other leaders for the inaugural LPL at Shenandoah University’s HIVE - the Hub for Innovators, Veterans, and Entrepreneurs

WHEN: May 21 & 27, 2026, from 8 am to 12 pm each day

WHERE: Hazel-Pruitt Armory HIVE Collaboratory (608 Millwood Ave. Winchester, VA 22601)

COST: The $300 fee for both sessions includes morning refreshments and session materials.

Purpose of the LPL

The LPL is designed for leaders who want to lead with more clarity, trust, effectiveness, and follow-through. The LPL will support business executives; small business owners and managers; government officials, including police officers and firefighters; nonprofit leaders; educators and ministers; and anyone else in a leadership position or growing into one.

This workshop is NOT a motivational program. The LPL will provide participants with a practical operating system for leadership — with opportunities to engage with other leaders regarding how to set attainable expectations, how to build enduring trust, how to make effective decisions, and how to establish accountability that empowers and helps to sustain superior results.

Participants are expected to come to the LPL with a specific leadership problem they need to solve, so they can develop a solution during the workshop, with help from the other leaders in attendance.

LPL Format 

The LPL will be led by Dr. Eric “Rabbit” Jorgensen, a former Air Force colonel and fighter pilot turned leadership coach and organizational dynamics expert. Dr. Jorgensen helps leaders and teams survive and thrive in challenging times.

The two-part LPL will include interactive presentations by Dr. Jorgensen and small-group breakout sessions.

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the workshop. Requests must be submitted in writing via email to hiveprogramming@su.edu. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but registrations can be transferred to another participant with prior notice.
