Winter Break - Shuttle

Shenandoah University offers shuttle services during university breaks (Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break). The shuttle provides transportation to Dulles International Airport and Dulles Metro Station from main campus prior to breaks, as well as return trips at the end of breaks.

• The cost is $10.00 per one-way trip ($20.00 roundtrip) and is non-refundable after purchase.
• Students are permitted one large luggage item and one carry-on.
• You need to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before you shuttles is scheduled to depart.
• Shuttles must and will depart on time, with or without all scheduled passengers. If you miss the shuttle, you are responsible for your own transportation. 

Each break shuttle has a deadline for reservations 1 week in advance.

The break shuttles are scheduled as follows:

Winter Break: 

(Deadline to Purchase Departure -- 5pm Thursday, December 10, 2026)
(Deadline to Purchase Return -- 5pm Thursday, January 7, 2027)

• Depart: Friday, December 18, 2026 at 9 a.m. 
• Depart: Saturday, December 19, 2026 at 9 a.m. 
• Return: Sunday, January 17, 2027 at 5 p.m.
• Return: Monday, January 18, 2027 at 5 p.m.
