Virtual Author Visit: Minh Lê is the award-winning author of picture books including Drawn Together (winner of the 2019 Asian/Pacific American Award for Literature), The Blur, Built to Last, Real to Me, and Lift (named one of the “Best Books of the 21st Century (So Far)” by Kirkus Reviews). As the mind behind these critically acclaimed books Minh Lê doesn't just read stories; he invites students into a dialogue about visual literacy, and the ways we connect across generations. A virtual visit offers your class or school glimpse into the magic behind his picture books, and showing students that their own stories have value. A virtual session with Minh Lê, will leave your students inspired, and eager to pick up their own pens and brushes.

Happy Hour: After the students have left for the day, join other educators for a live virtual conversation with Minh Lê. Learn the story behind the stories. Q & A time and door prizes will add to the joy! Corresponding Happy Hour with the speaker included with the purchase of the Author Visit.

All Author Visits will be recorded. Recordings will be provided to registrants after event.
