Virtual Author Visit: Troy Cummings is the creator of the New York Times bestseller Can I Be Your Dog? and its companion picture books I Found A Kitty! and Is This Your Class Pet?, He has written and illustrated over 50 books, including The Eensy Weensy Spider Freaks Out! (Big-Time!), Little Red Gliding Hood, written by Tara Lazar, and the chapter book series The Notebook of Doom. Troy likes to include surprises or mysteries for readers to solve or inspire them “to go out and do stuff.” Students will be captivated by his creativity, humor, and inspiring stories. Five lucky classrooms will receive autographed copies of Can I Be Your Dog? (K-4)
Happy Hour: After the students have left for the day, join other educators for a live virtual conversation with Troy Cummings. Learn the story behind the stories. Q & A time and door prizes will add to the joy! Corresponding Happy Hour with the speaker included with the purchase of the Author Visit.
All Author Visits will be recorded. Recordings will be provided to registrants after event.
