Virtual Author Visit: Bring your students face-to-face with the creators of classroom favorites like Real Friends, Itty-Bitty Kitty-Corn, Be Prepared, and Memory Jars. Vera Brosgol and LeUyen Pham are celebrated authors and illustrators who have both earned the prestigious Caldecott Honor. Vera Brosgol received the honor in 2017 for Leave Me Alone!, while LeUyen Pham was recognized in 2020 for her work on Bear Came Along. Both are master storytellers who have turned their own immigrant experiences into funny, honest, and award-winning graphic novels. This session will hook your most reluctant readers and inspire your budding artists to tell their own stories. Don't miss this chance to host two of the biggest names in Children’s Literature today.

Happy Hour: After the students have left for the day, join other educators for a live virtual conversation with LeUyen Pham & Vera Brosgol. Learn the story behind the stories. Q & A time and door prizes will add to the joy! Corresponding Happy Hours with the speaker included with the purchase of all Author Visits.

All Author Visits will be recorded. Recordings will be provided to registrants after event.
