Whether you know him from his viral affirmations or his tireless advocacy for library joy, Mychal has a unique gift for reminding us why we chose this profession in the first place. This session is a space to recharge your spirit and rediscover the profound impact we have when we ensure every student feels they belong in the library. This is your chance to hear firsthand how to cultivate that same, life-changing sense of welcome in your own classrooms and library media centers. As an added incentive, door prizes of copies of Mychal’s book, I’m So Happy You’re Here, will be given to some lucky attendees.
